台灣爭取「2021年國際扶輪社世界年會」主辦權,台北市長柯文哲在受邀出席扶輪社一項論壇時脫口說,「4萬個有錢人要來台北,當然要狠狠撈一把」,還把有錢人改稱「肥羊」,聲稱要「讓他們信用卡刷到爆」。

國民黨中央委員連勝文在臉書貼文,指柯文哲在講這個話的時候,可能只是想耍幽默,但柯既自認為天才,不知是否有想過外國觀光客、特別是看的懂中文的人,聽到這種話的感受?特別是出自政府官員的口中!?

連勝文說,這種把别人當肥羊痛宰的心態,不僅毫不尊重人,又跟某些國家的人,把台灣觀光客當肥羊痛宰的悪劣行徑,有何差別?

連勝文表示,他一直認為,一個地方有美景,有歷史,有文化,若再加上美食,優質的購物環境及精緻的服務品質,外國觀光客一定會願意消費!在台灣觀光業已面臨相當大的挑戰時,最怕就是有類似山大王心態,要人留下買路錢的官員,根本就是幫倒忙,變成了名符其實的「豬隊友」!

美國地質調查所(USGS)發表新研究指出,火星上的暗色斑紋不是水,而是流沙,研究結果無疑是對過往研究潑冷水。

美聯社報導,2015年的研究指出,從火星部分斜坡上暗斑紋可看出行星上有水存在。這些暗斑紋被稱為季節性邊坡流動(RSL),由美國國家航空暨太空總署(NASA)的火星勘測軌道衛星(MRO)負責拍攝照片。科學家已在從火星赤道到兩極的中途地帶發現數千條RSL。

然而這群來自亞利桑那州的科學家在「自然地球科學」(Nature Geoscience)期刊上表示,這些條紋並不是火星表面或附近有水順坡流下的證明,反而更像陡坡上的乾燥沙流。

他們表示,若有水,可能數量很少,且無助於孕育生命。

研究團隊由任職亞利桑那州旗桿市(Flagstaff)美國地質調查所研究設施的鄧達斯(Colin Dundas)帶領,測量了10個地點的151道暗色斑紋。測量結果顯示,大部分斑紋停於28度到35度間斜坡,與火星和地球上的流動沙丘相符。

在表層流動的一層沙塵偶爾會使表面變亮,也許能解釋為何斑紋總在火星夏季出現,接著便消失不見,直到明年才重新現蹤。

若這些斑紋是乾的,研究人員寫道,「這表示最近火星上並沒有大量液態水」。

這項事實事關重大,因為液態水攸關微生物生存。

NASA則表示,這件事還沒有定論。NASA火星探測計畫主要科學家梅爾(Michael Meyer)指出,這份研究並未推翻火星有水的可能。但他也承認:「真實情況也許不像河水從崖側流下那般令人興奮。」
